Absolutely Independent accepts no liability whatsoever for loss of, theft of, or damage to any material sent-either by request or voluntarily-to Absolutely Independent, and is in no way obliged to use or find a use for, adapt, or exploit such material. Sender of any material sent to Absolutely Independent-either electronically or by regular mail-declares, now for then, to be the holder of all rights to this material, and in any case guarantees that no third-party rights to this material shall be infringed upon in any way and that these materials shall not be exploited in any way without the permission of the holder of these rights. Sender indemnifies Absolutely Independent, now for then, against any claims from third parties.
