After winning this prestigious award in 2011, College Tour has again been nominated for the 2012 Sonja Barend Award for the best interview on Dutch television. The award in 2011 went to College Tour for the interview with former lieutenant colonel of Dutchbat, Thom Karremans. For the 2012 award, College Tour has been nominated for the interview that the presenter of College Tour, Twan Huys, conducted with then Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Mark Rutte.
