Absolutely
Independent has just made inroads into the Chinese market by finalizing
a number of format deals with Idea Asia Media. Formats in the deal
include The Big Guess Who’s Family Show and All about me: The Celebrity.
Says Hu Nan, Managing Director of Idea Asia Media, “I’m
very pleased with the collaboration between Absolutely Independent and
Idea Asia Media. We really think their catalogue suits the wishes of the
Chinese viewers. And that in the future more formats will find their
way to us.”
Alll About Me: The Celebrity!
Find
out everything about your favorite celebrity without him or her being
able to keep it from happening! Surrounded by their friends, the
celebrities are exposed by the spin of the wheel. It’s the All About Me
wheel that dictates activities, forces confessions, offers evidence and
reveals memories about the celebrity’s life. In each episode we find out
everything we’ve ever wanted to know about the celebrity and celebrate
his or her life in the process!
The Big Guess Who’s Family Show
One
protagonist, four impersonators, one family connection and a panel of
celebrities. The panel’s task? To identify which one of the "potential"
family members in the studio is actually related to the individual in
front of them. Is the celebrity panel able to figure out who's related?
Asking clever and cunning questions help them identify the family
similarities.
