Absolutely Independent is very proud to announce that last night in Luzern, THE PHONE won the prestigious European Rose D’Or Award in the Reality category.

THE PHONE premiered in The Netherlands on the Dutch Public channel AVRO. “For us as a broadcaster, this is a great acknowledgement that we’re a trendsetter in the expanding market of reality games,” says Roel Burgman of AVRO.
 Absolutely Independent brought THE PHONE to the international market last year at MIPTV, generating amazing world-wide buzz that resulted in numerous option and commission deals. “The Phone is truly original and new in its execution; it deserves to win such a prestigious award.
