The Chain is a successful and adventurous game show recorded on location. Each episode features a candidate who knows a lot about his region and is surprised by the presenter of the show. Within two hours he must answer 20 questions about the region where he lives. But he won’t be on his own! He can call in the assistance of four individuals he thinks could be of help. Is there a question about an ancient building in town? Maybe the butcher knows, as his family has lived in the area for many generations. So that makes the butcher the first person in his chain. He can subsequently ask three others to help him answer the questions. Fifteen answers correct? Then the candidate wins a holiday for himself and his chain, as well as a big cash prize!
